Help us fix what went wrong.

A few clear steps and the build you played often tell us more than a long log. You can report a problem with automatic diagnostics off.

If the game opens

  1. Open Campaign settings → Report a problem.
  2. Describe what you did, what happened, what you expected and whether it repeats.
  3. Leave Include latest crash dump off for text-only feedback. Check it only if you want to share the most recent dump from the last seven days.
  4. Choose Send report once. Keep the report ID for follow-up.

Automatic crash diagnostics starts off and is a separate, saved choice. Enabling it sends fresh crash diagnostics on the next game launch. Close without sending creates no new manual report, but saves any preference change immediately.

Offline, or an upload failed?

A pending report stays on your computer. The game retries while it runs and after restart, up to five attempts within seven days. A failed or uncertain receipt may need review instead of another Send.

Choose Export the last pending report to keep a copy for support. Discard unsent reports clears the queue. Turning automatic diagnostics off also clears unsent reports. Neither action removes original crash folders or exports.

Find and attach diagnostics, if you choose

For a normal Windows install, exported reports are in %LOCALAPPDATA%\TheFirstOath\Saved\Reporting\Exports. Original dumps are inside Saved\Crashes. A private test launcher may use a different Saved folder supplied with the build.

Attach a reviewed export, or the specific newest .dmp, only if you want to share memory diagnostics. Do not attach the whole Saved folder, saves, passwords, authentication codes or unrelated files. The game accepts dumps up to 8 MiB; your mail provider may have its own attachment limit. If a file is too large, email us first for a private transfer route.

Privacy and security questions

Use bugs@ privately for access, correction, export or deletion requests, or to report a security concern. Include a report ID, build and approximate time if available. You do not need to send another dump or identity document.

This page describes private development builds. A public release and its final reporting destination have not yet been activated.
